Preparation for the cookie making

We revised all the vocabulary that we had learned so far.

The charity bazaar is coming next Tuesday, so we had a discussion if the cookie that we are going to make tomorrow is for charity bazaar or just to bring home to eat. So I let the children think for a while before we cast the vote. However, 9 out of 15 children wish to bring the cookie home and only 6 out of 15 children wish the cookies to be sold at the charity bazaar. Therefore, we decided that the cookies are not to be sold at the charity bazaar.

We went through all the ingredients and the methods of how to make the cookies.

Just right before we end the day, we did some colouring work for the preparation of making a simple Chinese New Year card.
