Crepe Making
Today, we started off the crepe making
session by jotting down all the ingredients that the children could see on the small
whiteboard. Basically, we needed the following ingredients :
- flour, sugar, salt, butter, 2 eggs,
water (I substituted the milk with water)
(I
didn’t follow the exact measurement from the video I played them yesterday.
Somehow, I just put in accordingly to my estimation of the numbers of children
we have in the class.)
The children came out to be my helper
throughout the activity such as putting in the salt and sugar, mixing the
flour, cracking the eggs, beat the eggs with butter and water etc. They even
took turns to put in the crepe batter into the frying pan.
