Little Red
Riding Hood (Part II)
We went a little further
about Little Red Riding Hood story. I got a worksheet for the children to do
colouring. There were actually 8 colours : green, white, red, pink, orange,
yellow, brown and blue for them to choose on the worksheet but only 6 sentences
to fill in.
The children need to decide
what colour to choose and to write it correctly in the blank.
The children needed to decide
the following colours for these sentences:
Her eyes are _________.
Her teeth are __________.
Her face is __________.
Her hair is _________.
Her cloak is __________.
Her shoes are ___________.
Some of the children would go
according to how Little Red Riding Hood should look like while some went
further and had the character coloured in such hilarious state. Her eyes could
go blue, her teeth could go brown, her face could go green, her hair could go
yellow, her cloak could go red and her shoes could go orange.
The children were laughing
and said that their Little Red Riding Hood had become a witch, a monster or
even a ghost. Their imagination had gone wild. However, as long as they could
fill in the words and put on the colours accordingly I’m fine with it. Only a
few children needs some guidance for this while most of them were enjoying
colouring their funny character.
