More info on Lions

Today, I read a little more information about lions to the children.

They learned that :
- Lions have a round, big head
- Lions can run as fast as a leopard, at the speed of 60 km/h but not too long
- Lions have very good eyesight, good sense of smell and also good hearing
- Lions live in Africa. In a dry grassland called savannah
- Savannah has only two seasons - wet and dry

With the above information was being introduced across the room, I prepared a quiz for the children so that they could remember the facts much faster. I also mixed in the information about cheetah and leopard so that more children could participate. Stickers were rewarded for those who could answer the questions correctly.
