Worksheet - Sentence Arrangement of Pumpkin

Today, the children suddenly thought of their chilies seeds that they planted in the garden. We observed it last week, nothing grow. The children asked if the birds had eaten the chilies' seeds. I have no idea. Suddenly, an idea pop ups.

Teacher: Shall we try to plant pumpkin instead?
Aiden: Yes, yes.
Yee Shuen: Pumpkin and chilies? Become pumpkin chilies. (She laughed happily)

Then we moved to the garden and looked at the soil. Still nothing grow. Therefore, I gave each child a pumpkin seed to be planted in their recycled pot. Then happily we moved back to class to do our worksheet today.

Most of the children had completed their colouring. I wrote down the sentences that the children made last week on the whiteboard. Each child got a bowl with jumbled words in it. They have to re-arrange the sentences again. This time, the word - pumpkin, appeared at these 3 sentences, I reminded the children to look carefully which to use especially one of the "pumpkin" word is the last word of the sentence. It followed by a punctuation - full stop.

I'm glad to see that most of the children could follow instruction and observed the word correctly.
